GIRL’S NIGHT OUT

Girls Night Out, was started by our Track Operator, Danie, as a way to fulfill our vision to create an empowering and inclusive space where girls of all ages and skill levels can come together to celebrate the thrill and camaraderie of BMX riding. No pressure, no racing – All skill levels welcome. Deseret Peak BMX envisions a vibrant community where girls feel inspired, supported, and encouraged to push their boundaries, build confidence, and unleash their full potential on the track. In support of the Deseret Peak BMX vision, this is another way we strive to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and pave the way for a more diverse and vibrant future in BMX. Join us one Wednesday a month for some laps, laughs, and fun.

Physical Fitness: BMX riding is an excellent form of exercise that engages the whole body. It improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, enhances balance, and develops coordination. Riding BMX regularly helps girls stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Confidence Building: Mastering BMX skills and overcoming challenges on the track can significantly boost confidence levels. Girls gain a sense of accomplishment as they progress in their riding abilities, tackle new obstacles, and achieve personal goals.

Community Engagement: BMX riding provides opportunities for girls to connect with like-minded individuals and become part of a supportive community. They form friendships, share experiences, and collaborate with fellow riders, creating a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
Goal Setting and Achievement: Setting and achieving goals is an integral part of BMX riding. Girls Nigh Out allows girls to set smaller goals such as just getting around the track and learning to balance in the gate. It is self-paced with no pressure, and all the support girls need.
